Excellent service and an incredibly empathic professional! No question was regarded as unimportant and Me. Hoo made me feel very valued. He was very inclusive of my husband during my virtual consultation also which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this individual for quality care.

I had a fantastic video call with Dr Hoo. The video quality was very good. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I didn’t feel rushed through the consultation, he was very patient and made sure all of my questions were answered and explained. I ended the consultation feeling happy.
