Jackie Donkin has always been interested in the positive and negative effects that food can have on the human body. Since graduating, she has been involved with many ‘Wellness’ and ‘Healthy Eating’ projects, concentrating on how incorporating healthy eating and healthy lifestyle changes can have a positive impact on health, both with children and adults. Jackie also enjoys the fundamental elements of getting to know her clients and getting to know how to support them, during the in-depth one-to-one Nutritional Therapy consultations on offer in her practice.
