Tazmin Lewis is a specialist in both pregnancy and diabetes nutrition. She has expert experience having supported thousands of women prior and during their pregnancies to optimise their nutritional intake as well as those diagnosed with diabetes. Tazmin is currently working as an advanced specialist dietitian in diabetes within the NHS.
Her experience also includes supporting people with weight management, weight gain, IBS, cardiovascular disease and vegetarian/vegan diets.
Education
She has obtained a 'Bachelor of Science' degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Biography
Tazmin Lewis is a London based Registered Dietitian. She is a member for the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and on the committee of the BDA Fertility and Maternal group.
Tazmin enjoys working with clients one to one providing a holistic and pro choice approach.
Experiencing pregnancy first hand has heightened her passion to support women to demystify and optimise their nutrition.
