Virginia Walker works both as a Trauma Informed Birth Doula and Postnatal Doula and a fully qualified, registered yoga teacher (RYT 500hr) specialising in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She has a passion for the rebalancing and energising benefits of yoga for mind, body and soul – alignment, balance, connection and movement being key. Virginia’s approach is suitable for those who have never tried yoga before to those who have an established yoga practice. Her aim is to prepare you physically and mentally for birth.

Qualifications

Qualified Yoga Teacher ISHTA 200hr (2017);
Qualified Yoga Teacher ISHTA 300hr (2018);
Qualified Pre & Postnatal Yoga teacher (2018);
First Aid Certification (adults)
Paediatric First Aid Certification
Membership of professional bodies - Yoga Alliance - 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher.
Trauma Informed Doula Certification - Conscious Birthing
Reiki Level 1
